Parts Counterperson

We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Parts Counterperson in our full-service truck dealership.


Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assist customers via phone, email or in person to find the correct parts and accessories for their needs, verify availability and make recommendations.
  • Assist the dealership service department to provide the correct parts for their needs, verify availability and make recommendations.
  • Look up parts and accessories for a wide variety of trucks, trailers, and other equipment.
  • Prepare quotes.
  • Order parts from various vendors and schedule/determine proper shipping or delivery.
  • Verify pricing and prepare counter invoices or bill parts to appropriate repair order.
  • Take payments from customers for parts department purchases.
  • Process backorders, returns and exchanges.
  • Communicate with customers any issues on parts orders and follow up when necessary.
  • Restock parts/organize parts displays as needed.
  • Work with entire parts staff to keep the department running smoothly.
  • Work with service department to provide a smooth link between the departments.

Job Requirements include:
  • Experience within a parts department.
  • Knowledge of diesel industry helpful but not required.
  • Must be organized, be able to multitask and follow up on tasks.
  • Must have great customer service and communication skills.
  • Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, be self-motivated and a team player.
  • Must have good computer and telephone skills.

Diesel Technicians

We are currently accepting applications for full-time Diesel Technicians in our full-service truck dealership.


Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair all makes and models of heavy-duty diesel vehicles and trailers
  • Utilize computer electronics systems and tools for proper diagnosis
  • Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
  • Road test vehicles when needed for further diagnosing or repair verification
  • Identify worn and damaged parts
  • Write detailed descriptions of what was performed after each repair is complete
  • Conduct safety checks on all vehicles
  • Perform work within the appropriate amount of time assigned by supervisor
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Job Requirements include:
  • Must have diesel technician/mechanic experience
  • Must display a positive attitude, good work ethic, responsibility and dependability
  • Must have good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Must have good computer skills
  • Must work well with a team
  • Must be willing to participate in continuous training
  • Must provide own basic tolls and tool box
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing
